Attunements are typically delivered within 24–48 hours of purchase.
MP3 meditations and other courses are instantly downloadable.
Your course materials and access instructions will be sent at the time your attunement is completed.
Attunements are prepared in advance and remain permanently available — they do not expire. This allows you to receive your attunement at a time that feels right for you, in your own space and at your own pace.

Your order email address also serves as your account ID. Please use the same email address for future purchases and course access to ensure all your courses remain linked to your account.
All courses now include an automatically generated certificate once all lessons have been marked as complete.
Please ensure your name is entered correctly in your customer dashboard before completing the course, as this is the name that will appear on your certificate.
We also strongly recommend downloading and backing up your certificates for your personal records.
Course materials are provided in English by default.
If you would prefer to read a manual in your own language, you can use Google Docs or a translation tool as a simple workaround.
Please remember to download and back up your manuals and course materials for future reference.
Due to the energetic and digital nature of attunements and course materials, refunds cannot be offered once the attunement process has begun or materials have been accessed.
